Sarah Lloyd is a storyteller committed to inspiring others to live shamelessly through her podcast, Shame-less Stories. As the editor of Haus Of Wisdom magazine, she combines her media expertise with a passion for authentic storytelling. With 27 years’ experience of the media and PR industry, Sarah left her global corporate role in 2017 to pursue her own path and achieve balance in her life. That’s when she founded ISPR, a boutique PR consultancy that empowers neurodiverse changemakers, female entrepreneurs, and wellness brands, collaborating with notable clients like The Unbound Press and the Mind Body Spirit Festival.
