Tickets

  • Can I buy a ticket on the day?

    Yes you can, but we suggest booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

  • Can I buy group bookings?

    Yes, you can! You can buy group bookings in packages 4, 6 and 10 these all have a little discount on to say thank you from us!

  • Can I get a refund on ticket?

    All tickets are non-refundable.

  • Do I need print my ticket or can I show on my phone?

    We try to make life as easy as possible, especially with brain fog, so yes you can.

  • Do you offer NHS tickets?

    We offer 10% off at checkout.

Event

  • What time does it start and finish?

    The start time is 9am and the finish is 5pm where you can leave with all the knowledge and grab a drink.

  • What time does Live stage start?

    All the fun and action starts at 10 am and finishes at 5 pm and don’t miss the lovely Sinitta.

  • Are all activities free once I have paid entrance fee?

    All activities are free - so what are you waiting for? Don't delay and book today!

  • Will I need to wear gym wear if I am taking part in wellness sessions?

    If you want to be a gym queen wear gym gear but otherwise it is very relaxed, so just wear what you want and be comfortable.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    Yes

  • Is there disabled access?

    Yes

  • Is parking free?

    Unfortunately not, we did try for you but all parking is chargeable.

  • What hotels are near the ExCeL?

  • Will there be photography and filming?

    Yes, we will have filming and photography all day. So much going on we don’t want to miss anything.
