This year, we are introducing a dedicated Neurodiversity Space alongside talks and workshops exploring ADHD in women, hormonal changes and the experiences of those who may have spent years masking symptoms or reached midlife without a diagnosis.
Open to anyone who needs it, the welcoming space is being designed with neurodivergent attendees in mind, including those with ADHD and autism. The space will feature comfortable seating and sensory resources alongside calming creative activities and a small number of carefully selected talks and supportive sessions.
It is part of our wider commitment to making women’s health education genuinely accessible and inclusive and comes as research increasingly examines how hormonal changes across a woman’s life may intersect with ADHD symptoms.
