Sally Berg is the founder of Mature Eros and a trailblazing, visionary embodiment mentor and passionate advocate for helping high achieving women reconnect with themselves through pleasure, nervous system regulation and body wisdom.
After leaving a successful corporate career as Senior Fashion editor at Elle magazine, Sally created Mature Eros to challenge the narrative that midlife is about decline. Instead, she believes it's an invitation to reclaim vitality, sensuality, confidence and a deeper connection with ourselves. To start mastering aliveness rather than managing decline.
Her unique trauma and nervous system informed Reclaimed Woman methodology and programmes explore the relationship between stress, identity, menopause, boundaries and what she calls living a "turned on life", not simply in terms of sexuality, but in feeling fully alive, present and connected to who you really are through becoming embodied.
