Rupa Lyall
Rupa Lyall is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist specialising in menopause care, with more than 22 years of experience in pharmacy working across community pharmacy, NHS primary care and the private sector. She holds the British Menopause Society Advanced Certificate in Principles and Practice of Menopause Care.
Rupa is the founder of Your Menopause Care with Rupa, a CQC-registered online clinic providing personalised, evidence-based support through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Her approach is warm, inclusive and refreshingly down to earth. Rupa believes women should feel able to be completely themselves, ask questions without judgement and understand all their options before making decisions about their care.
Her multilingual website can be read in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu, helping more women access reliable information independently. Women are also welcome to bring a partner, relative or friend to their consultation for support.
Rupa’s mission is simple: to help every woman feel heard, informed and more confident about her menopause journey.
