I am an experienced nutritionist and board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (MA Oxon, MSc Nutrition and Food Sciences, Dip IBLM) with a passion for helping women improve their hormonal health. Lifestyle medicine is a practical, evidence-based approach which empowers individuals to take charge of their health and make lasting, meaningful changes.
My focus is on providing personalised 1-1 support that addresses the unique challenges of perimenopause, menopause, PCOS and endometriosis through tailored advice and holistic care. I am also the co-author of “Living PCOS Free: How to Regain your Hormonal Health with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome” (2022) with Dr Nitu Bajekal ObGyn.
