Rebecca Quinn

As a personal trainer specialising in women’s fitness, I love combining my background as a ballet dancer, with more traditional gym training techniques to help women feel strong and empowered. As a mother of two, and in my 40’s, I’m currently experiencing menopause symptoms myself due to a recent hysterectomy. This means I feel I’m able to use my own experiences to empathise with and really understand my clients. I have worked with women of all ages, helping them through the perimenopause and menopause to build muscle mass, improve flexibility and increase bone density. I feel so privileged to be a part of their journeys, watching them gain knowledge and flourish.
