Meera Mehat
Meera specialises in the impact of stress on the menopausal brain, including anxiety, sleep disruption and cognitive overload, and how these challenges can be effectively regulated.
With more than 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and behaviour change specialist, she works at the intersection of clinical expertise and genuine human understanding.
Her focus is menopause and midlife, supporting women through the emotional, cognitive and psychological changes that are often overlooked, yet can have a profound impact on daily life and wellbeing.
She is the founder of Harley Street Consulting and the creator of the Menopause Meditations app, a specialist resource designed to support women throughout menopause using meditation, hypnosis, mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques.
The app was recognised with the 2026 Menopause Award for Best Contribution to Women's Cognitive Health and is making a meaningful difference to women navigating the menopause transition. This includes supporting women with neurodiverse needs, where tailored and accessible resources can be particularly valuable.
In addition, she serves as an Associate Trainer with Over the Bloody Moon, one of the UK's leading menopause support platforms.
