My greatest success in life isn’t three business exits - it’s my relationship with my wife and children. Married for 36 years, with a daughter (35) and a son (28) who still choose to spend time with me, that’s the legacy I’m proudest of.
My world shifted when my wife was diagnosed as menopausal and my daughter began facing her own hormonal health challenges. Six months of research and countless conversations with men and women left me shocked and saddened by what I discovered.
Women have shaped the man I am today. I realised it was time for me to understand the hormonal health journeys women go through - from puberty to post-menopause - and to help other men do the same. Not so we can “fix” our women, but so we can truly show up; to take an interest, to recognise the impact that hormonal health has on their lives, and most importantly, to believe her.
