Dr Sarika Shah
Dr Sarika Shah is a dentist and Director at Platinum Dental Care, a multi-award-winning private dental practice in Canary Wharf, London. A certified mindset and leadership coach, she is the founder of Flourish as a Female in Dentistry, a coaching and education platform championing women across the dental profession.
Dr Shah leads the Menopause Mouth Matters campaign, a movement bringing long-overdue attention to the impact of perimenopause and menopause on oral health. Driven by a belief that no woman should be left in the dark about how hormonal change affects her mouth, she developed a chairside oral health screening toolkit to help clinicians spot and address menopause-related symptoms at the point of care. Her mission is simple: make sure no woman leaves a dental chair without knowing how menopause could be affecting her oral health.
