Sam Amey is a Functional Health and Hormone Specialist with over 28 years of experience working with the body across the health, fitness and wellness industries. She is the founder of Ever After Vitality Centre in Milton Keynes and Global Hormone Health Ltd, a platform providing personalised clinical support alongside education and training to help women better understand their hormones and overall health.

Having lived with endometriosis for many years and experienced the challenges of perimenopause from her mid-30s, Sam understands first-hand the profound impact that hormonal conditions can have on every aspect of a woman’s life. Her own experiences have fuelled a deep passion for helping women feel heard, understood and empowered with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health.

Bridging the gap between lived experience, functional health and evidence-informed education, Sam is passionate about taking a whole-system approach to hormone health, recognising that hormones do not work in isolation. She believes that to create meaningful, lasting change, we must look beyond symptoms and consider the interconnected systems of the body. With a particular focus on perimenopause, menopause and endometriosis, she combines functional health principles, comprehensive testing, education and personalised support to help women understand what is happening within their bodies, support their systems to reduce suffering and optimise their long-term health and wellbeing.

Alongside working with clients both in person and online, Sam delivers hormone health workshops, educational talks and community events, making complex health information accessible, practical and empowering for women at every stage of life. Her mission is to raise awareness of women’s hormone health, improve access to education and support and ultimately help improve women’s lives, one hormone at a time.
