Dr Farah Ahmed

Dr Farah Ahmed is a highly experienced  GP with a special interest in women’s health. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care that empowers women at every life stage. She holds diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, and is a certified member of the British Menopause Society and the National Association of Premenstrual Syndrome.

 

She spends her week working in a dedicated NHS menopause and Women’s Health clinic and regularly speaks on menopause to both patients and healthcare professionals delivering workshops and masterclasses. Beyond clinical practice, she has co-authored Coping with PMS and has contributed to publications including Vogue, Women’s Health and Conde Nast using these platforms to make health information accessible and relatable.

 

Her mission is to promote proactive, preventative care that is tailored to each woman’s needs - both in and out of the consultation room.
