I’m an actress, comedian, writer — and pub landlady — best known as creator of Menopause Party Live, a comedy-with-purpose show performed at corporate, theatre, and festival events across the UK, including the Edinburgh Fringe and Brighton Fringe.

You may have seen me on Channel 4’s Naked Education (not Naked Attraction — though never say never after a couple of gins 🍸), or heard me on BBC Essex, where I’ve been a regular guest.

I’m currently working with Pause Live and running Her PoV Ltd, developing new theatre, comedy, and film projects that put women’s stories centre stage. An exciting next step is Menopause Live (2026) — a large-scale production being developed under Her PoV to bring laughter, learning, and community to even bigger audiences.
