Working to raise awareness

For 2026, PAUSE Live is proud to partner with Mid and South East Essex Mind, supporting their PAUSE programme and the vital mental health services they provide across the local community.

South East and Central Essex Mind is an independent local charity, working to create and promote positive mental health through accessible services, education and campaigning. As part of the wider Mind network, they share the same core values while operating as a separate organisation, responsible for delivering tailored support to their local communities.

Mental health affects everyone, regardless of age or background, which is why this partnership matters so much. Through ticket sales, alongside proceeds from Specialised Workshops and Experience Hubs, PAUSE Live will help raise essential funds to support Mind SECE’s work and ensure more people can access the help they need.

Together, we’re working to raise awareness, open up conversations, and support women in every aspect of their health.
