From Pilates, yoga and pelvic floor exercises to resistance band training for bone strength, low-impact body weight HIIT and weight lifting, we’ve got you covered. There are even sessions on laughter yoga and hula hopping to add in a bit of fun and movement for brain fog to boost your mood. 

Pilates


Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body tone with this low-impact exercise. Guided by expert instructors, you'll experience a gentle yet effective workout that supports posture, bone density, and muscle strength. Yoga

Laughter yoga

Haven’t hula hooped since you were a child? Come along and take part in this fun session that is not only great exercise but also helps lift your mood and builds confidence. The main benefits of hula hooping with a weighted hula hoop are that it improves balance, coordination and strength, lifts your mood, makes you feel sexy and strong and, importantly, injects some fitness fun into your routine.
