Nadia Sawalha
Nadia Sawalha has spent over four decades as one of Britain's most loved, trusted and recognisable voices on television, celebrated for her unfiltered honesty and advocacy.

Winner of Celebrity MasterChef, Nadia went on to host Junior MasterChef and front her own series, Nadia's Family Feasts. She has written 8 books, including Fabulous Family Food and Honey I Homeschooled the Kids.
Away from television, Nadia has built a hugely engaged online community, sharing an honest and often unfiltered look at family life, body image, mental health, menopause and the realities of getting older. Alongside husband Mark Adderley, she runs the YouTube channel The Sawalha-Adderleys, featuring the daily Live Coffee Moaning news digest and the hit podcast How to Stay Married (So Far).
Diagnosed with ADHD in her late 50s, Nadia has spoken openly about finally having an explanation for patterns and challenges she had experienced throughout her life. She is passionate about breaking down taboos, encouraging honest conversations and helping other women feel less alone in their own experiences.
Nadia is a passionate advocate and ambassador for Children Not Numbers.
