Lucy Goff

Founder, LYMA

Maybe you learned about LYMA on the Instagram account of Gwyneth Paltrow or

Kate Hudson. Perhaps you saw before and after pictures of the LYMA Laser on

Good Morning America, read about it in TIME Magazine, or heard it talked

about on Goop’s podcast. You might have even caught wind that TIME named the

LYMA Laser as one of the best inventions of 2023.

For a company that has been around for just a little more than half a decade,

LYMA seems to be everywhere. But when founder Lucy Goff created LYMA’s

initial product, a medical grade supplement made up of 10-proven ingredients, it

was to fill a void in her own life. Hospitalized with a debilitating case of

septicemia after the birth of her first daughter, Lucy was unable to find relief in

traditional medicines. A chance meeting with Dr. Paul Clayton, one of the world’s

foremost experts in preventative degenerative disease, was a turning point for not

only Lucy’s health, but also her life: after experiencing the transformative power

of clinically dosed supplements, she was determined to share it with others.

As a former fashion journalist and publicist in the luxury sector, Lucy was

programmed to not only question but to seek answers. This skillset served her

well during the three-year process to launch LYMA’s ultimate supplement. In

2018, due to Dr. Paul Clayton’s guidance and Lucy’s determination, LYMA’s

ultimate Supplement was launched as the first and only formula on the market to

exclusively use patented, peer-reviewed ingredients, each included at the doses

proven to work.

The successful launch of the Supplement opened up a world of possibilities for

what would be the next product introduced into the LYMA universe. It was Dr.

Paul Clayton’s work with low-level laser therapy to rebuild cartilage on a

62-year-old patient’s knee that sparked the idea for the company’s second

product: the LYMA Laser. The revolutionary, handheld, at-home beauty device,

which is the first clinical-grade laser FDA-cleared for at-home consumer use, is

100 times more powerful than LED and is able to transform skin from the

deepest layers painlessly.

After a year of anticipation which garnered a 10,000-person waiting list, the

LYMA Laser launched in the U.S. in 2022. As an accidental beauty company

founder, Lucy has nonetheless harnessed her experience in the worlds of fashion

journalism and luxury publicity to introduce a product with proven science and

data to celebrities and innovators. The response was and continues to be nothing

short of extraordinary.

Soon after the launch of the Laser, LYMA introduced a complimentary skincare

protocol in 2023 which had a 30,000-person waitlist. In actuality, Lucy and her

team had been working on the products long before the Laser’s release. Created

by pioneering geneticists and plastic surgeons, both the cream and serum are

powered by Genolytic technology which took years of research to perfect.

Lucy has spoken about her professional and personal journey on podcasts, and at

seminars and conferences across the globe. She is not just passionate about

technological innovation and science, but she employs it in her own everyday

routine, striving to live a healthy life not only for herself but for her two children,

who she gave birth to in 2014 and 2022. Once married, Lucy is now a single

mother who lives in London with her children and dog, Coco.
